Welcome to Zest and Zen Pilates. Here to help you move, feel and live better the Pilates way. A more thoughtful, holistic way to exercise. Pilates may improve functional movement, spine health, posture, mobility, balance, strength, flexibility & coordination. Reducing back pain, risk of injury, stress and anxiety. Come along & practice Pilates with Sally to improve your focus, positivity, mental clarity, calm & feel good through this mindful practice.
Pilates on the mat is a class for mixed ability. It includes standing, seated & lying functional, multi plane movement exercises. A synergy of classic & contemporary Pilates.
Pilates for the older adult is a gentle but effective chair based class with Pilates moves adapted to seated & standing. For the older adult or anybody who finds it a challenge to get down to the mat.
