The Golden-Oldies charity run a fun monthly Goldies Sing&Smile session in Wells which has been kindly supported by Wells City Council’s Community Grants Scheme. The session takes place at The Elim Connect Centre on the third Friday of each month from 1.30-2.30pm. The monthly Wells session is open to everybody, singing hits of the 50s onwards people are encouraged to stretch sing and relax with a chat with their session leader and other participants. Goldies is not a choir but a fun social opportunity for people who may sometimes find themselves feeling lonely, to make supportive friendships and a connection to the local community.
