Wednesday 10th July
7.00pm - 9.45pm
Mozart for a Summer's Evening with The Bristol Ensemble and David Secchi (piano)
Tickets: £15 - £24
We all love to eat locally-sourced produce - Somerset’s meat, cheeses, cider and, increasingly, wine are among our many regional glories. Low “food miles” is more than just an environmental bonus, it’s also a quality one. So for this first of our Strawberry Concerts we celebrate low “music miles” with the crack professionals of the Bristol Ensemble conjuring a feast of Mozart - music so fresh that it might have been written this morning. The evening includes Serenata Notturna, Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, his much-loved Piano Concerto in A and Symphony no.29.
ABOUT STRAWBERRY CONCERTS
All ticket prices include local strawberries and cream. Each concert will have a long supper interval - bring a picnic to enjoy on Cedars Lawn. Chilled drinks will be available to purchase.
Strawberry concerts sponsored by Old Mill financial experts, fuelling ambition.
