It is a huge privilege to welcome this internationally important Scottish-born composer to Wells in celebration of her 90th birthday. Wells Cathedral School’s Contemporary Music Ensemble plays chamber music introduced by the composer herself, who will also answer questions from the audience at the end.
Further works by Thea Musgrave will be performed at Wells Cathedral on Sunday 24th June: Missa Brevis (world premiere) at the 9.45am Eucharist
Collect for the Birth of John the Baptist (world premiere) during the 3.00pm Evensong
